Take it easy while exercising and listen to your body. If anything hurts or feels uncomfortable,
it’s okay to stop. Remember, everyone’s body is different, so it’s always a good idea to chat with a pro if you’re unsure about anything.

GetMov.ing is a daily movement challenge aimed to assist with movement, mobility and overall wellbeing. It is not designed to help you reach peak physical fitness or intended to replace an exercise program. GetMov.ing works to encourage everyday activity, establish routine, and help keep both mind and body active.
